75inQ is a young ambitious foundation whose goal is to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy by promoting gender equality. Established in 2021, the foundation works with a large network of enthusiastic professionals who (volunteer) to help achieve this mission.
What will you do?
For our project around “Retaining Women in the Energy Transition,” we are working on culture changes and social innovations within companies that are essential to hiring and retaining female employees in technical roles. As an intern, you will be an important link in this process, working on:
- Interventions at companies: you will help prepare, measure and report on actions that promote inclusive work cultures.
- Research and analysis: from diversity and inclusion tools to company documents and interviews, your insights contribute to practical solutions.
- Organizing events: with stakeholders from our network and companies and organizations active in the energy transition.
- Support the project team: you will assist in day-to-day operations and the smooth running of project activities.
Who are you?
We are looking for a student (M/F/X) who:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO), and eager to contribute to a just energy transition
- Feels at home in both analytical and organizational tasks and enjoys picking up a variety of activities.
- Motivated to collaborate with various stakeholders and make an impact.
