Speakers and Panel
We believe in the value of greater inclusion of female (leadership) talent in the energy transition.
While the social justice imperative is motivation enough, the greater motivation is the mounting evidence that the inclusion of more female leadership increases innovation and improves collaboration in and across organisations.
We work to increase the influence of female leadership in the energy transition, to create networks that work collaboratively to encourage a faster and more effective transition, and to engage organisations in a structured, disciplined, and measurable approach to inclusion.
The accelerating power of co-creation and cooperation.
