Individual sessions
- The package consists of 14 individual sessions by a specialized trainer and a coach.
- Each session has a duration of 1,5 hour and can be scheduled live or online.
- There is work to be done between these events, so we advise to schedule them 2 or 3 weeks apart, depending on your schedule.
- Total duration of the program is 10 months. Acceleration is always an option, depending on your personal desire.
Reflection
- Each session is followed by a personal reflection that will take you approximately 1,5 to 2 hours to complete.
Feedback
- As this is a personalized program, we will design the contents based on your needs. After each session we will reserve some time for feedback and adaptation.
The total time investment from your side is expected to be ± 50 hours, spread over 10 months.

your trainers, Anouk Creusen and Christianne Wilmink, would like to get to know you and tell you more about the program so we all can make sure it will fit your personal needs.
The intake fee is € 75,- inc. and will be deducted from the package fee in case you decide to register.
- The program starts when you are ready for it. The value of this program is € 7500,- inc.
- We offer the package for € 6000,- paid upfront. Payment in 5 terms is also a possibility.
- When you register before March 8th 2021, you pay € 5750,- all-in.
