Wagner is de programma directeur van de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.topsectorenergie.nl\/human-capital-agenda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Topsector Energie Human Capital Agenda<\/a> sinds 2012 en lid van de Raad van Advies van 75inQ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na een MSc Cognitive Artificial Intelligence aan de Universiteit Utrecht, bekleedde ze een breed spectrum van strategische leiderschaps- en adviesfuncties. &#8220;Ik ben begonnen met geld verdienen sinds ik 11 jaar oud was. Ik kan me mijn leven niet voorstellen zonder werken. Ik hou ervan om aan uitdagingen te werken, interessante mensen te ontmoeten en een relatie op te bouwen met diverse mensen. Ik ben een ondernemer en zelfstandige professional. Ik ben ook bezig met nationale programma&#8217;s en initiatieven op het gebied van menselijke ontwikkeling. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missie van je leven <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ik heb een bijzondere missie voor mezelf; ik wil mijn land, Nederland, internationaal sterk en competitief maken. We willen een warme en professionele omgeving hebben waar iedereen zijn weg kan vinden, ongeacht zijn of haar maatschappelijke achtergrond. Ik heb gesproken met veel middelbare scholieren toen ze hun hoofdvak aan de universiteit wilden kiezen. Wat ik zag waren meestal rationele redenen: ik krijg een beter salaris voor dit hoofdvak, ik kan worden aangenomen bij grote bedrijven als ik dit vak studeer, enz. Maar ik adviseer ze, zoek gewoon wat je drijft. Waar denk je aan? Wat lees je dagelijks? Je kunt daar waarschijnlijk je passie vinden. &#8216;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onbewust vooroordeel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Als het evenwicht tussen mannen en vrouwen in overweging wordt genomen, is het naar mijn mening allereerst belangrijk om iemand in de functie te hebben die <strong><em>geschikt<\/em><\/strong> is voor de positie. Hij of zij moet de benodigde competenties inbrengen en de persoonlijke kenmerken hebben die nodig zijn. Maar zelfs met voldoende competenties zou je niet het gevoel moeten hebben dat je anders bent. Als je je zo voelt, raak je afgeleid en kun je je werk niet goed doen! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote alignright\"><blockquote><p>Belangrijk is dat je niet het gevoel moet hebben dat je anders bent. <\/p><p>Als je je zo voelt, raak je afgeleid en kun je je werk niet goed doen.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Managers die mensen willen aannemen, zoeken echter meestal naar mensen die op hen lijken. Dit betekent dat als er een onevenwichtigheid tussen mannen en vrouwen is, deze zal aanhouden. Aan de andere kant, als je een slechte ervaring hebt met iemand van een ander ras, geslacht, enz., dan zou je onbewust mensen met die eigenschap kunnen discrimineren. Een slechte ervaring kan je manier van denken veranderen. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cultuurverandering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Nu er meer vrouwen in machtige posities zijn, denk ik dat de situatie beter wordt. Historisch gezien waren meisjes niet ge\u00efnteresseerd in technische opleidingen. De geschiedenis is gedeeltelijk verantwoordelijk voor de huidige verschil in aantallen tussen mannen en vrouwen binnen de energiesector. De deelname van vrouwen aan technische studies is in de afgelopen jaren flink toegenomen, dit kan in de toekomst bijdragen aan een betere balans tussen&nbsp;vouwen en&nbsp;mannen binnen bedrijven. Maar we zullen nog even geduld moeten hebben. &#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een eerlijke community<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Wanneer de balans tussen mannen en vrouwen in de bedrijven verandert, verandert ook de bedrijfscultuur en dat kost tijd. Vrouwen hebben daarbij zelf de verantwoordelijkheid om deze cultuur in hun werkomgeving te helpen ontwikkelen.<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/75inq.com\/services\/community\/\"> Communities zoals 75inQ<\/a><\/strong> kunnen helpen bij het faciliteren van cultuurverandering.
