Mira is Sr. Partner bij <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intouchwrm.nl\/\">InTouch<\/a>, Female Leadership &amp; Career Academy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"is-style-subheading wp-block-heading\">Coaching na een technische loopbaan<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik ben mijn loopbaan begonnen als ingenieur, gespecialiseerd in het veilig stellen van historische gebouwen. Daarnaast ben ik altijd bezig geweest met loopbaancoaching, en het begeleiden van vrouwen in het krijgen van een goedbetaalde baan met het salaris dat daarbij hoort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na het behalen van mijn doctoraat in Bouwtechniek heb ik&nbsp; jaren in commerci\u00eble, non-profit en overheidssectoren gewerkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier zag ik een structurele en riskante ontwikkeling: Zelfs wanneer het aantal meisjes en jongens gelijk bij afstuderen blijven er veel minder vrouwen dan mannen actief op de zakelijke en \/ of academische ladder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat is nog altijd het geval; veel minder vrouwen dan mannen maken de loopbaanstappen naar de top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de Covid-19-pandemie heb ik mijn technische functie verlaten om vrouwen actief te helpen meer invloed te krijgen op hun eigen carri\u00e8re en op de wereld.Ik heb een speciale focus op <strong>vrouwen met een migratieachtergrond<\/strong>. Deze vrouwen zijn nog meer uitgesloten. Maar over het algemeen helpen we iedereen om de baan te krijgen die ze willen, om gepromoveerd te worden tot besluitvorming rollen en om hun positie te behouden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-social-warfare-click-to-tweet social-warfare-admin-block\"><div class=\"sw-tweet-clear\"><\/div><a class=\"swp_CTT style2\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/share?text=Wanneer+vrouwen+meer+invloed+hebben+op+de+beleidsvorming%2C+besluitvormingsprocessen+en+onderhandelingen%2C+is+dat+goed+voor+de+hele+samenleving.&via=75inQ&url=https:\/\/75inq.com\/nl\/mira-vasic\/\" data-link=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/share?text=Wanneer+vrouwen+meer+invloed+hebben+op+de+beleidsvorming%2C+besluitvormingsprocessen+en+onderhandelingen%2C+is+dat+goed+voor+de+hele+samenleving.&via=75inQ&url=https:\/\/75inq.com\/nl\/mira-vasic\/\" rel=\"nofollow noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"sw-click-to-tweet\"><span class=\"sw-ctt-text\">Wanneer vrouwen meer invloed hebben op de beleidsvorming, het besluitvormingsproces en de onderhandelingen, is dat goed voor de hele samenleving.<\/span><span class=\"sw-ctt-btn\">Click To Tweet<i class=\"sw swp_twitter_icon\"><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Laat me dit illustreren met een echt voorbeeld, met een gefingeerde naam natuurlijk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jenifer is een briljante wetenschapper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ze werkt hard en blijft bescheiden over haar prestaties. Ze heeft eigenlijk nooit tegen iemand gezegd dat ze promotie zou willen krijgen. Ze raakt gefrustreerd als een mannelijke collega van haar wordt gepromoveerd en niet zij. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit is een typische fout die we vaak maken: we denken dat als we ons best doen en goede resultaten behalen, iedereen ervan uitgaat dat je promotie wilt maken! Maar dit is niet altijd het geval.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens onze coachingsessies met Jennifer gaf ik haar twee suggesties, en ik denk dat dit voor iedereen geldt. Zeg eerst hardop dat je promotie <strong>wilt<\/strong> maken. Ten tweede moet je <strong>praten<\/strong> over je ambities, visie en prestaties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"is-style-subheading wp-block-heading\">Verandering op verschillende vlakken<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>De politiek van de zakenwereld is verreweg niet natuurlijk voor vrouwen. Heel onbewust is past dit wel goed bij de mentaliteit van mannen. Dit is echter niemands schuld! We moeten ons er allemaal van bewust zijn en voortdurend werken aan een meer inclusieve samenleving. We kunnen niet van de ene op de andere dag de ideale staat bereiken. We moeten beginnen bij culturele verandering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om dit te bereiken hebben we organisatorische, institutionele en maatschappelijke veranderingen nodig. Het is goed om vrouwen aan te moedigen een carri\u00e8re in STEM na te streven, maar als het in de toekomst moeilijk wordt, dan is dat oneerlijk!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"is-style-subheading wp-block-heading\">De niche van empowerment van vrouwen en energietransitie<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze community van vrouwelijke energieprofessionals brengt zet een belangrijke groep in de schijnwerpers. Ik kijk er altijd naar uit om mijn netwerk uit te breiden en meningen uit te wisselen over onderwerpen als genderdiversiteit en vrouwelijk leiderschap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik ontmoette de oprichter van 75inQ, Anouk Creusen, en heb meaangesloten bij deze community. De manier waarop ze vrouwen kracht geeft, de manier waarop ze deze niche onder de aandacht brengt &#8211; het is geweldig!
